\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform repair of complicated timepieces with excellent competencies, including diagnosis, service and quality control \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other watch technicians, spare parts specialists and customer service to ensure efficient and effective workflow \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to walk-in customers when required with professionalism \xc2\xb7 Assist in repair quotations and spare parts ordering \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the quality of the watches repaired \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all equipment used is calibrated and maintained at a high standard while retaining a clean, organized and safe workspace \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure good maintenance of equipment and proper recording of the usage of spare parts and accessories for the repair \xe2\x80\xa2 To fulfil the quality KPI set for watch preparation and productivity standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
