Hi ! I am looking someone who can work as Water Treatment Technician at Bintulu !!Position: Water Treatment Technician
Company Industry: Water Treatment Supplier
Working Location: Bintulu, Sarawak
Working hours: Mon - Fri / 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Working duration: 12 months (annual renewable upon performance/project)
Salary: RM2,500 to RM3,500+ statutory contribution + medical & insurance coverage + OTJob Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 To ensure a favorable company reputation at the customer level.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure that all assigned accounts are serviced at the prescribed frequency. Services work includes conducting water analysis, ensuring chemical delivery and injection systems are in good conditions, providing troubleshooting support and other field-related services.
\xc2\xb7 To maintain a high standard of service, comply to HSE policy and customer satisfaction so that no customer complaints originate as a result of poor quality service or non-compliance.
\xc2\xb7 To support engineer and account manager in sales activities
\xc2\xb7 Assist in equipment inspections and subsequent recommendations for chemicals / water treatment program changes to improve results as necessary.
\xc2\xb7 To develop product knowledge and system knowledge so that complete service is given to the customer.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure that preventive troubleshooting is adequately performed in all accounts, and that only technically correct recommendations are made to clients.
\xc2\xb7 Assist to maintain all chemical inventories up to date so that product outage does not occur.Requirement:
\xc2\xb7 Minimum two years\' experience of technical or field & service support in Water treatment or oil & gas industry.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work overtime to satisfy urgent task or shutdown activities.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work as team, maintain good communication, work ethical and self-discipline.
\xc2\xb7 Have a good health record and fit to work in oil and gas plants
