JOB PURPOSE
This role undertakes the ownership of the brand and products assigned, develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, grow market share and its profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the product portfolios in terms of its brands awareness, market share and product profitability.
• Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline) and trade marketing activities for all product portfolios under his/her responsibility.
• Plan and manage A&P spending within budget assigned and ensuring ROI for each campaign
• Lead and execute the promotion, advertising, and marketing campaign effectively through strategic partnership alliances with agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation according to timeline.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer's insights, market intelligences & competitive information to develop new product idea/concepts and effective marketing plan for the assigned products/brands.
• Conceptualizes innovative, consumption-driving promotions that are profitable and linking promotions to advertising wherever possible to create an integrated & targeted 360-degree marketing plan
• Build strong brand/product presence in all distribution channels (including assisting in e-commerce at Marketplace)
• Work with internal stakeholders (Trading, Agency, Promoters, Store Team, Warehouse) to implement marketing plans effectively according to timelines
• Track and monitor market trends to analyze product sales performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing working experience in the beauty, personal care or other FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to details.
• Pro-active hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
