Position reports to: Head of Wayleave & Strategic Alliance Job Overview: * Planning, implementing, monitoring, management all necessary activities which will have direct impact on authority management programmed of customer and network related on Position reports to: Head of Wayleave & Strategic Alliance Job Overview: Planning, implementing, monitoring, management all necessary activities which will have direct impact on authority management programmed of customer and network related on meeting required milestones & project goals, identified as key corporate objectives. Liaison with relevant internal and external parties nationwide(local authorities in all States i.e. JKR, DBKL, MBPJ, MBSA etc.) at various levels to facilitate the service delivery programs as related to the permit approvals for common work efforts. Your Work Life: Managing overall end to end wayleave/work permit application & approval prior to construction implementation activities To coordinate the related parties i.e. Authority Management, Network Service Planning, Procurement & Finance Dept. in reviewing & compliance of all therequirements as stated in Wayleave/workpermit terms & conditions. To assist Project Manager on work permit requirement during the implementation activities in meeting customer CRD To manage overall wayleave/work permit requirement which related to construction implementation activities To manage overall wayleave deposit retrieval upon its expiry date(compilation, submission & follow-up in order to retrieve the deposit. Involved directly with Project Coordinator & Local Authority during and after construction implementation activities pertaining to the quality of work and certification. To be considered, you'll need: Must possess at least a Degree in any field More than 3 years of related working experiences in Project Management (dealing with permit submission to Local Authority, OSA, 3rd party etc.) Experience in OSP Construction method i.e. HDD, Micro trenching, Open Cut , Civil structure for OSP Civil and Cable Pulling. Microsoft Office software literate Ability to build rapport with a variety of people from different backgrounds Ability to negotiate and resolve wayleave matters as well as exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times Ability to work to timescales to ensure project delivery process is not impeded Ability to work on own initiative and posses internet Technologies Initiative What You Get: Cool and innovation work environment Work life balance and our working hours are flexible We are too cool for ties.
