Job description:

t * Responsible in the overall aspects include planning, coordination and control of the operations or production processes.

Control
t * Drawing up a production schedule, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

Fulfill
t * Provide necessary support to engineering as need arises.
t * Fulfill output target, quality target and maintenance cost budget.

Drive
t * Participate in new process application and execution of process.

Co-ordinate
t * Coordinate activities related to all production processes.

In Charge
t * To strengthen and enhance the procedures process.

Liaise
t * Supervising and motivating all production teams.
t * Communication with production planning department on delivery issues.


Job Requirements:
t * At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related disciplines.
t * More than 7 years' working experience, preferably with 5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor industry (Wire bonding process).
t * Familiar with management systems, core tools, statistical techniques, equipment & tools knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
t * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
t * Presentation skills.
t * Team management skills.
t * Must be willing to work in Melaka.
