Position Overview

We are looking for a talented

Web Designer & Developer

to design and develop engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This role focuses on WordPress website design and front-end improvements with the opportunity to collaborate across creative, marketing and strategy teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design website layouts, wireframes and prototypes with a focus on UI/UX best practices. Build, customise and maintain websites primarily on WordPress (additional platforms will be a bonus). Collaborate with content creators and strategists to ensure seamless user journeys. Optimise websites for responsiveness, speed and SEO. Research and stay updated on UI/UX trends, design systems and new technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia or a related field. Proficiency in WordPress and front-end design (HTML, CSS; basic PHP/JavaScript is a plus). Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Wordpress, Elementor, Figma, Adobe XD or similar). Strong design portfolio showcasing websites or digital platforms. Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.
