• Bachelor\'s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a web designer and digital marketer
• Excellent knowledge of web design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design technologies
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating design
• A professional UI/UX design portfolio for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Photoshop, Video Editing, Lightroom, Design Systems, CANVA and Adobe Creative Suite.

Tanggungjawab

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages
• Create and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising
• Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing collateral, such as infographics, e-books, and whitepapers
• Manage website content, including updating pages, writing blog posts, and optimizing pages for search engines SEO)
• Monitor website traffic and use analytics tools to track user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up to date with latest technologies Ai technology that help in digital marketing process.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
