JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Responsible for the end-to-end process of website conceptualization, UI/UX design, interface development, graphics creation, content updates, and ongoing maintenance. This includes designing and developing promotional materials such as eDMs, microsites, web layouts, banner ads, and animations to support marketing and branding efforts.

2. Act as the key liaison with third-party Employees to manage, troubleshoot, and resolve website-related issues. Ensure seamless integration of external tools including analytics, CRM, and marketing platforms.

3. Proactively research design trends and user behaviors to continuously improve website performance, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and overall user experience. Conduct usability testing and audits to identify areas for enhancement.

4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and creativity. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to ensure alignment with brand objectives, and contribute to workflow optimization to increase efficiency and reduce production costs. May provide guidance to junior team members or interns when necessary.

5. Undertake any other special tasks delegated to you by your superior or other person designated by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Web Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field. At least

1-3 years

experience in web design, IT support, or related fields. Proficiency in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and responsive web design. Experience with

WordPress

, CMS platforms, or website builders. Strong skills in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or

Figma

for UI/UX design. Understanding of

SEO

, website performance optimization, and Google Analytics. Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues: network, hardware, software, email configuration, printers, etc. Familiarity with

IT security

, data backup procedures, and system maintenance.
