We are seeking a talented and self-motivated web developer and UI/UX designer with a strong interest in training, e-learning, gaming, simulation, and Extended Reality (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality) to join our team and contribute to the development of effective and immersive training solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

Add and maintain training content to the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet customer and company requirements. Develop and maintain the frontend and backend of the LMS. Manage MySQL databases for the LMS. Design UI/UX for digital training solutions across different media and platforms (desktop, mobile, AR, VR, web) to meet customer requirements. Develop and maintain the company website to meet company requirements. Communicate and coordinate with other teams as part of holistic digital training solutions. Perform documentation whenever required. Improve the software products, frameworks, and processes. Maintain clean, readable, and modular codebase that follows coding conventions. Apply the best modern software development and web development practices. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies, LMS, Extended Reality, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong interest in training, e-learning, gaming, simulation, and Extended Reality. Proficiency in PHP. Proficiency in JavaScript. Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS. Proficiency in data formats such as JSON and XML. Proficiency in UI/UX design for websites and applications. Proficiency in UI/UX design for games is an advantage. Proficiency in MySQL. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git. Proficiency in development of LMS such as Moodle is an advantage. Familiarity with Extended Reality (AR, VR, MR) is a bonus. Proficiency in mobile application development is a bonus. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong willingness to learn and fast self-learner. Self-driven and independent. Good team player with good English communication skills. Experience with Agile and Scrum is a bonus. At least 2 years of experience as a web developer and UI/UX designer.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
