As the Web Developer, you will get to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining all things Web. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing, events, and sponsorship teams to create immersive and engaging online experiences for our clients and their audiences. The ideal Web Developer will be proficient in JavaScript, React, and has a solid understanding of SEO principles to optimise our web content for maximum visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities as the Web Developer: Develop and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites and web applications using JavaScript and React. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX designs that align with brand guidelines and deliver exceptional user experiences. Optimise web content and architecture for SEO to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions. Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure website performance and user behaviour, providing insights to drive continuous optimisation efforts. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and platforms. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, SEO, and digital marketing to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain the stability and functionality of our web properties. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate web platforms with other digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media, and content marketing. Assist in the development and implementation of web-related strategies to support our clients\' overall digital marketing and branding objectives. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline web development processes and workflows. Qualifications: You must be a Malaysian citizen or be able to support yourself on your own visa as SPONSORSHIP OR VISA SUPPORT IS NOT POSSIBLE (please do not apply if you require a visa) 5 days in the office with flexible working hours, you can choose which hours you want to work (If that starting to finish earlier and visa versa) Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field. Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in JavaScript and React. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Esports, Gaming, or Tech industry is a plus.
