Key Responsibilities -

1. Design, Develop, and Maintain the Website

Build, maintain, and improve the company's website(s) to ensure an exceptional user experience, functionality, and performance across devices. Ensure the website is responsive, SEO-optimized, and aligned with wellness-focused design aesthetics.

2. Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with the marketing, content, design, and product teams to implement web features that support campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into functioning code.

3. Ensure Brand and Visual Consistency

Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and user experience across all web pages in line with the company's brand guidelines. Implement animations, transitions, and layouts that reflect the calm, clean, and modern aesthetic of a wellness brand.

4. Optimize Website Performance

Monitor site performance and implement technical improvements for speed, scalability, and mobile usability. Regularly audit the website for broken links, outdated plugins, or performance bottlenecks.

5. Manage Web Content and Assets

Upload, update, and manage web content such as blogs, videos, images, banners, and landing pages via CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.). Organize digital assets and maintain a clean content structure within the CMS or hosting platform.

6. Implement Feedback and Changes

Make timely updates based on feedback from team members or stakeholders. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance user engagement, flow, and overall design.

7. Support Digital Campaigns

Develop and maintain landing pages, opt-in forms, pop-ups, and tracking elements (e.g., UTM tags, Google Tag Manager) to support marketing campaigns. Integrate third-party tools and APIs to extend website functionality (e.g., newsletters, booking systems, wellness quizzes).

8. Ensure Website Security and Compliance

Implement best practices for web security, user data protection (e.g., GDPR compliance), and regular backups. Keep plugins, frameworks, and libraries updated to ensure stability and security.

9. Support Internal Web Tools and Portals

Assist in developing or maintaining internal portals or tools used by HR, sales, or customer service teams. Ensure smooth integration between systems such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce tools.

10. Maintain Clean Code and Version Control

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and development standards. Use version control tools (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with other developers or teams.

11. Stay Updated with Web Trends and Technologies

Keep up with the latest trends in web development, UX/UI, accessibility, wellness e-commerce, and emerging technologies. Continuously look for innovative ways to improve the digital wellness experience for users.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
