Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 production support for digital banking web applications. Develop, enhance, and maintain web components, user interfaces, and integration layers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to both frontend and backend systems. Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to recurring issues. Participate in release management, deployment, and performance tuning activities. Ensure compliance with security, coding, and quality standards. Collaborate in Agile sprints, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team. Prepare reports and dashboards for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Min 6 years of hands-on experience in web development and/or L3 production support. Prior experience in banking, financial services, or fintech industry preferred. Strong hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Solid understanding of web application architecture and debugging techniques. Experience supporting or developing digital banking or financial applications. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Exposure to Agile development environments. Knowledge of Oracle databases and performance optimization.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
