Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain websites and web applications using modern languages and tools
2. Work closely with designers and cross functional teams to deliver excellent user experiences
3. Optimise site functionality, performance, and reliability
4. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve front end and back end issues
5. Keep current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
6. Build campaign landing pages with form handling and A B testing
7. Integrate payment gateways such as ToyyibPay and Billplz, and connect CRM or email marketing tools
8. Implement technical SEO including schema, redirects, and Core Web Vitals improvements
9. Prepare clear documentation and handover notes for internal teams
10. Partner with branding, content, and sales to deliver on time

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a portfolio of live projects
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for both front end and back end work
3. Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla and frameworks such as Laravel or React
4. Solid understanding of web security principles and safe coding practices
5. Strong problem solving ability and high attention to detail
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
