Role Overview

This role is focused on environment setup, updates, installation, patches, and support within the compliance technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

? Environment Provisioning & Setup

? Facilitate and coordinate the procurement and see thru the installation of the hardware (servers, OS, storage etc) as well as hardening'

? Test/Prod Environment installation, application setup, and configuration, including security setup/access controls.

? Facilitate connectivity setup and verification (SFTP, MQ, Connect Direct).

Environment Management

? Ensuring availability of all Test environments

? Publishing Environment calendars, Environment dashboards, and monitoring .

? Performing regular restarts, upgrades, and automate environment health checks (disk space, memory, etc.).

Automated Testing (Optional, future phase)

? Coordinate closely with TCOE on the test pack enrichment for automated testing

? Build sandbox environment to facilitate automated testing that include

? Vulnerability and patches verification

? Regression prior to roll out (project/QR/PBIs where applicable)

? Manage the usage of the sandbox environment to prevent contention

Sourcing Criteria Must Have:

? Experience in infra/environment management (setup, connectivity, updates, installation, patches)

? Proficiency in WebLogic, Windows/OS, Linux, VMs

? Familiar with middleware/communication protocol and scheduling tool (SFTP, Connect Direct, Control-M, IBM MQ, etc)

? Familiar with version control tools (Aldon, BitBucket, Git, etc)

Technical skills:

? Scripting (Unix shell scripting, Bash, Powershell).

? Database knowledge (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, MYSQL).

Good-to-Have Skills

? Compliance Technology Product knowledge (NetReveal, Actimize, Ficrosoft Continuity, TookiTaki) or equivalent

? AML-KYC, TM, FMF, MLS domain knowledge

? Banking experience preferably in Group Compliance

? Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, etc.).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
