Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Web Project Coordinator (WordPress Design & Custom Development)

to manage end-to-end web development and UI/UX design projects. This role is responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, user-focused WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing WordPress website projects, including UI/UX design and custom development. Communicate with clients to gather requirements, understand objectives, and ensure expectations are clearly defined. Oversee the UI/UX design process to ensure layouts are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly. Coordinate closely with designers and developers to ensure smooth execution of custom WordPress themes, features, and integrations. Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure on-time delivery within agreed scope. Identify project challenges early and propose solutions to ensure project success. Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

Basic experience or knowledge in coordinating WordPress web development and UI/UX design projects. Understanding of WordPress, including custom theme or plugin development, is an added advantage. Familiar with UI/UX best practices and design fundamentals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Excellent communication and coordination skills, as the role requires liaising with multiple parties.

Must be able to speak Mandarin

to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.
