Job Description

Role Overview:



We are seeking a Website & IT Intern to assist with website management, digital content updates, SEO tasks, and IT troubleshooting to enhance user experience across Perfect Pinnacle's platforms. This role provides hands-on exposure to both technical support and digital operations, making it ideal for students who are passionate about websites, technology, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:



- Assist in updating and maintaining company websites, ensuring accurate and timely content.

- Upload and manage digital assets such as banners, blog posts, and promotional content.

- Support basic IT troubleshooting for staff (software, hardware, connectivity issues).

- Monitor website performance and report on any issues or improvements.

- Help test and ensure smooth functionality of digital platforms and online booking systems.

- Contribute ideas to improve website usability and overall user experience.

- Assist in optimising website content for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.

- Conduct basic keyword research and monitor website analytics for performance insights.

Requirements:



- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web editing tools is an advantage.

- Interest in SEO, website performance, and user experience design.

- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
