Now, we are expanding our team and looking forward to take it to next level with you! Job Specifications Contributing to the development of sales proposals. Answering client queries. Maintaining client relations. Content creation on social media and website. Conducting market research on rival products. Developing, designing, and implementing sales strategy and marketing plans Coordinating with vendors, media representatives, and sponsors. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Creating and presenting sales performance reports. Decor Consultant Requirements: SPM/STPM/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/diploma in marketing, business, mass comm, PR, advertising, design, or related field. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, digital advertising, etc. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, Microsoft office, and editing software such as Illustrator and Photoshop. Good problem-solving skills High-level communication and networking skills. A passion for sales. Understanding and alert of commercial trends and marketing strategies. Good project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, doing ad hoc work, meeting tight deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Extra Details: You must have reliable transportation to travel between De Comate office to the site (within the Penang area, transportation allowance will be available for out of Penang travel) You must be available to work weekends & late nights Experience in the events industry is an asset (but love to communicate with customers is a must) Benefits Intensive and informative on-the-job training is provided.
