WEEKEND PROMOTER JOB AT SUNWAY 163 MALL, MONT KIARA.

Task List

Clean customer glasses - Gently wipe and polish glasses; use ultrasonic cleaning if needed for a deep clean. Tighten loose screws on glasses - Carefully check and tighten any loose screws to ensure frames are secure and comfortable. Change glasses nose pads - Replace worn or damaged nose pads with standard ones to improve fit and prevent slipping. Apply anti-fog coating (with customer's permission) - Spray or wipe on an anti-fog solution to help keep lenses clear in humid or cold conditions. Fast Contact Lens Vision Check - Conduct a quick test to verify the prescription power of contact lenses for clarity and comfort. Hand out promotional brochure - Offer customers discount vouchers. Share product add-ons - Inform them about available accessories or add-on products to enhance their experience.

Working Hours

10am to 10pm; 2 hours break to be self decided.

Daily KPI Targets (Weekend Staff)

Clean & assist 10 customers Offer/perform screw check, nose-pad change, anti-fog as needed Perform 3 Fast Vision Checks Approach at least 20 people Hand out at least 20 vouchers

Rewards

RM100 base pay 3% first tier, 5% second tier (Commission on products sold) RM20 bonus if all KPIs are met
