Job DisciplineTechnologyPSA/DivisionSSPSJob SummaryTo perform Welding, cladding, Grinding, Gouging, Flame Cutting, Material Handling and
other relevant fabrication activities in line with Engineering drawing, WPS and manufacturing
orders without compromising on Quality, Health and SafetyRead-understand Engineering Drawing, WPS, Welding symbols and Work Orders.
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Perform welding or overlay work with appropriate material using both manual and /
or automated process following above said documents
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Set up, Operate and maintain welding machinery & other related equipment in the
workshop.
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Fill up and maintain weld map and sign off the Work orders accordingly after
completion of work
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Inspect and maintain all tools required for the job. Should be part of Continuous
Improvement Team to improve cycle time & reduce defect
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Do proper housekeeping in work area and do 5S inspection accordingly to schedule
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Assist as required in gouging, flame cutting, grinding, material handling or other
related work in difficult condition onsite, offsite or customer locations as & when
required.
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Perform all duties as assigned by department head.
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 To adhere to all company and legal requirement as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles
