Job Description

Job scope:

Independently perform welding on sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings Skilfully master and apply various welding processes, such as GMAW, TIG, etc. Ensure all welding operations comply with established quality standards and safety regulations. Perform self-inspection on completed welds to ensure good weld appearance, free from defects Identify and report quality issues arising during the welding process and assist in corrections. Be responsible for the daily check and basic maintenance of welding machines, torches, and other equipment. Correctly use fixtures and perform daily organization and cleaning of the work area. Strictly adhere to workshop safety rules and correctly wear personal protective equipment Follow work assignments and collaborate with team members to complete production tasks.
Requirement:

Certification: Must possess a Welder Operation Certificate. Special Equipment Operation Certificate is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant sheet metal welding experience, familiar with the characteristics of thin plate welding and able to effectively control deformation Hard Skills: Able to read mechanical drawings and welding symbols; able to adjust welding parameters based on material thickness. Soft Skills: - Strong Sense of Responsibility: High sense of responsibility for welding quality. Careful and Rigorous: Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Teamwork: Good communication and collaboration skills. Learning Ability: Willingness to learn new welding techniques and processes. Good health, free from occupational contraindications, and able to adapt to physical labour and standing work in a workshop environment. Hardworking, positive attitude, and able to adapt to overtime and high-pressure production schedules.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
