Job Summary

We are looking for a

Plastic Welding Operator

to support production activities by performing plastic welding operations under supervision. The role involves operating and maintaining various plastic welding machines, ensuring all work meets quality standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements to support efficient manufacturing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform plastic welding tasks on the production floor according to work instructions and engineering drawings. Operate and maintain plastic welding equipment such as hot air gun, ultrasonic, extrusion, and butt welding machines. Assist in setup, preparation, and monitoring of welding processes to ensure consistent quality output. Ensure all welding work complies with company quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors in a timely manner. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.

Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of plastic welding techniques such as hot air gun, ultrasonic, extrusion, or butt welding. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Willingness to learn

, follow instructions, and work under supervision. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Good teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with ISO or other manufacturing quality standards is a plus. Able to start work on short notice.
