Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.
To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.
To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).
To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification with retail sales experience.
School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage. Candidate who is able to communicate in local dialect is a added advantage
Candidates who are willing to learn and with strong passion to develop their career in sales are also welcome.
