Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our wellness center. In this role, you will deliver a variety of beauty and wellness treatments aimed at enhancing the well-being of our clients. As part of your development, comprehensive training will be provided in Kuala Lumpur before transferring to our new branch in Genting Highlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional client care.

Job Responsibilities:
Providing a wide range of professional beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, body treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations.
Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction throughout all aesthetic procedures
To assist doctor in routine medical procedures and aesthetic procedures, following clinic standard operations procedure.
Offering expert advice and guidance to clients on personalised skincare and beauty regimes.
Follow up with client post procedure to optimize client's satisfaction.
Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments.
Maintaining detailed records of client consultations and treatment history accurately.
Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies.
Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our Aesthetic services and product offerings.

Job Requirement:
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia ( Fluency in mandarin is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar beauty therapist or beautician role
Strong time management and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage client appointments.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide tailored beauty treatments to meet individual client needs.
Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skill and pleasant disposition.
Highly independent as well as a good team player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build good rapport with clients.
