Job Description


We are looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to strengthen our Home Channel as the Wellness Consultant (Home). You will be accountable for some of the highlighted bullets below: Responsibility: Proactively engage with consumers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that align with their preferences. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and industry trends. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Effectively communicate product details to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Collaborate inter-department including but not limited to Finance, Logistics, Marketing and After Sales Department for strategy alignment. Gather feedback on customers preferences and market trends to help improve products and services. Contribute valuable insights and provide innovative solutions to the sales team to enhance the sales achievements. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and activities via events, exhibitions, and roadshows to maximize brand visibility and lead generation. Execute retail sales for in-store customers, conduct field sales to reach potential clients, and engage in telesales activities, including but not limited to cold callings and lead follow-ups. Become the brand ambassador and reflect the Company\'s core values (reliability, relentlessness, resourcefulness and respect) in all sales activities. To attend all courses, and training and complete all training requirements online and on an effort basis. Mandatory to complete E-learning courses. Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business development, consumer sales, or any relevant field. At least 5 years of proven experience in consumer sales, business development, or any related field. Knowledge of digital/IT tools and fitness equipment and industry trends is a plus. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment. Dependable and punctual in meeting job responsibilities and deadlines, demonstrates a strong sense of accountability in all tasks. Proven ability to persevere and overcome challenges in achieving sales goals. Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize available resources to achieve objectives. Values diversity and treats colleagues and customers with dignity and consideration.
