Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

sales efforts

for the center's health and wellness management programs. Build and

nurture lasting relationships

with prospective and existing clients, as well as corporate partners. Conduct

client consultations

to understand individual health goals and recommend suitable wellness programs or treatments.

Achieve and exceed sales targets

through effective communication and solution-based selling. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and community outreach initiatives. Maintain

accurate records

of client interactions, progress, and feedback to ensure service consistency. Provide

post-consultation follow-up

and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about

latest wellness trends

, health programs, and company services to confidently represent offerings. Uphold a

customer-centric approach

by ensuring each client receives a personalized and professional experience.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Nutrition, Health Sciences, Wellness, or related fields

(preferred). Minimum

2 years of work experience

in a

health, wellness, or medical-related environment

(e.g., wellness center, clinic, or health program setting). Proven experience in

sales, wellness consultation, or client relationship management

. Excellent

interpersonal and communication skills

, with the ability to build trust and deliver personalized wellness recommendations.

Self-motivated, target-driven

, and passionate about empowering clients to achieve better health outcomes. Able to work

independently and collaboratively

within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
