Position:

AIOps Operations Engineer

Location:

Key Responsibilities



Manage, maintain & optimize

Linux servers

in production Administer

Splunk, OpenSearch

, and other observability tools Build log pipelines with

Logstash, Fluent Bit, Filebeat

, etc. Develop

Python automation scripts

and API integrations Support, manage & tune

Kafka clusters

Troubleshoot issues and handle emergency response when needed Continuously enhance monitoring, alerting & automation systems

Required Qualifications



Strong Linux administration & shell scripting Knowledge of

Splunk, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch

Familiarity with ETL tools (Logstash, Fluent Bit, Filebeat) Understanding of

Kafka

architecture & deployment Experience working with

RESTful APIs

Able to support critical incidents occasionally Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Good communication & teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications



Understanding of

Kubernetes

(Pods, Services, Deployments) Experience with

Splunk ES / OpenSearch Dashboards

Knowledge of Python frameworks (Requests, httpx, Playwright) Interest in

AIOps, Observability, or SRE

Experience with

AWS / GCP / Azure


Education



Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
