Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning schedules across properties
Inspect rooms before check-in to ensure top cleanliness and readiness
Train and monitor housekeepers on proper procedures and quality standards
Track housekeeping inventory (linen, amenities, cleaning supplies)
Report damages or missing items immediately to management
2? General Maintenance & Property Upkeep
Perform light maintenance: bulb replacement, plumbing, minor repairs
Conduct preventive checks on electrical & air-conditioning units
Coordinate major repairs with maintenance contractors
Maintain proper tool usage and safe storage
3? Guest Readiness & Quality Assurance
Inspect rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure full readiness
Support urgent repair requests during guest stay
Maintain property checklists for cleaning & maintenance logs
4? Coordination & Reporting
Communicate with Front Office & Operations teams on unit readiness
Update management on daily housekeeping and maintenance progress
Plan deep cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules
5? Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Report any hazards or faulty equipment immediately
Practice proper waste management & chemical handling
Requirements:
Experience in housekeeping / maintenance (hotel or serviced apartment) preferred
Physically fit & hands-on with cleaning and light repairs
Detail-oriented & organized with good time management
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Able to travel or work at
Sepang
when required
