Responsibilities:

Recruiting, training, and supervising caf\xc3\xa9 staff.
Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
Ensuring that all caf\xc3\xa9 expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Receiving delivered caf\xc3\xa9 supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
Taking inventory of caf\xc3\xa9 supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
