Job Description
Requirements
- Candidate with SPM level qualification.
- Able to speak fluently in Cantonese & Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type).
- Basic English is acceptable for this role.
- Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift), 5 days working per week (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
- Able to start work on 15 Mar 2022
- Must possess a strong Wifi network connection and personal working space (no interruption of external person/third parties)
- Handle inbound calls about travel related services in Hong Kong.
- Provide information to customers regarding aviation information.
- To handle email and livechats related pertaining to enquiries and complaints about travel booking issues.
- To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel.
- Basic Salary RM 3,000 + Fixed Allowance RM250 + KPI Allowance Up to RM300 + Night Shift Allowance Up to RM700 + OT Claim (Average all-in salary RM 3,500 - RM 4,200)
