Job Description

Tribe is seeking a dedicated individual to provide customer support for an international gaming brand. The successful candidate will handle player contacts remotely.

:

Act as the first point of contact for player inquiries via live chat and email. Diagnose issues and provide timely and accurate solutions. Navigate between different systems to manage support tickets. Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

Must have full fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written). Must have previous customer service experience, preferably in digital support. Competent with computers and able to use multiple programs. Able to work without direct supervision in a home office setting. Must have a personal laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Available to work shifts on a rotating schedule, which will include night work.
