Job Overview We are looking for people with great enthusiasm to provide consultant service in dealing with customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries / concerns / issues regarding telecom services (eg, phone connection, Wi-Fi, mobile data\xe2\x80\xa6). [Benefits] \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly Salary: RM 2,800 basic + Up to RM 400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour) \xe2\x80\xa2 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO \xe2\x80\xa2 Career advancement (internal promotion) \xe2\x80\xa2 1 month paid training provided \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilities: Rest & Relax zone, Cafeteria \xe2\x80\xa2 Closed to Ara Damansara LRT / Subang Jaya Komuter [Requirements] \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates and SPM holders are welcome to apply (no experience required) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command in Mandarin. Proficient in English and BM (Read, Speak, Type) \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular Rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time, 8am \xe2\x80\x93 11pm). \xe2\x80\xa2 Shortlisted candidate is required to come back to the Ara Damansara, PJ office twice. (1st time for Device Collection || 2nd time for Mock Call Certification), Mock Call Certification is the certification that happens after the candidate is towards the end of the training, where he/she has to pass to be sent to production. (Conducted after 3-4 weeks upon the completion of the training) \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start working on 26 April 2023 [Responsibilities] \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all inbound and outbound in addressing questions, complaints or comments from existing customers such as internet and phone services issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and problem solving skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
