Identify customer insights relating to the SME Lifecycle journey from business startup into a mid- company. Deep dive into customer\'s transactional pattern and identifying their changing needs as their business grows. Design and test new data-driven triggers for business and generate quality leads for better acquisition and deepening of customers relationship. To work closely with Business and Product Units to identify new opportunities. Support adhoc MIS requests Design and develop interactive Customers and Products BI Dashboards. Participate in development of propensity model to predict and anticipate customer\'s requirements. Qualifications Strong programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational databases skills. Strong analytical skill and statistical knowledge Good knowledge of visual analytics capability Strong in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint Have data extraction, mining and process automation capabilities Experience in interactive Dashboard design and development Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently. Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the business or portfolio analytics.
