  • Interaction and negotiation skills
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration to support wholesale business
  • Generate new order book/QOH for new customers or replenishments for existing customers
  • Key liaison with logistics/warehouse team on delivery order and discrepancies
  • Fully support on customer\'s enquiries on product images, information and all related matters to wholesale business
  • Liaise with merchandising team on product defects and returns, tracking report
  • Handle customer service enquiries for wholesales
  • Monitor payment collection within terms guideline
  • To provide back-end administration support to Wholesale team
  • Prepare and compile weekly and monthly sales order, sales reports and inventory report
  • Perform any ad hoc duties from time to time assigned by immediate superior
