We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to be the primary operational and logistical backbone for our wholesale partners. You will be the
first point of contact
for all operational topics, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable supply flow from order placement to final delivery and payment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Operations & Order Management:
+ Manage the end-to-end wholesale order cycle (pre-season and in-season).
+ Act as the main contact for partners regarding orders, logistics, and after-sales support.
+ Track and ensure orders are fulfilled
on time and in full (OTIF)
.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
+ Coordinate daily deliveries between our warehouses and partner logistics centers.
+ Proactively identify and resolve delivery and supply flow bottlenecks in collaboration with internal teams.
Financial & Sales Administration:
+ Own the
end-to-end invoicing process
and ensure timely payment collection.
+ Monitor sales and stock data to provide the Account Management team with essential inventory analysis.
Business Support & Planning:
+ Provide operational data and analysis to assist Account Managers in developing seasonal forecasts and commercial strategies.
Requirements:
Must be Sportive/ Sports Enthusiast.
At least a Diploma in any field.
A self-motivated and result-oriented individual, demonstrating proactive drive, and consistently delivers tangible outcomes through focused effort and accountability.
You are fluent in English and Bahasa (Oral & Written)
Digital savvy
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks accurately
