Job Description

:



-The incumbent shall report and be responsible to superior

-Receiving and processing purchase orders

-Preparing and accountable for all customer orders, ensuring the right prices are charged and arranging delivery

-Responsible for all arrangements and documenting customer shipments, preparing pro-forma invoices

-Contacting customers by phone to answer queries and obtain missing information

-Issuing customer CN / DN

-Ensures timely check and follow up customer outstanding order

-To update and maintain good documentation

-Performs related work as assigned

Job Requirement:



-SPM and above.

-Have sales coordinator experience in wholesale an advantage.

-Basic computer knowledge.

-Capable of managing own workload and confident in liaising at all levels of the business.

0830 - 1730 (Mon - Fri) ; 0830 - 1300 (Sat) Alternate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
