- Minimum Diploma in any field (preferably in any technical field)
- At least 6 months of sales experience
- Must be able to commute to Bandar Sunway
- Must possess own vehicle
- Able to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fully vaccinated including booster
- Manage and complete fibre installation with comply to company SOP.
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
- Solving customer problems and complaints.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions.
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home).
- EPF and SOCSO
- Annual leaves
- OT, phone, travel, and certificate allowances
- Sales commission
