Job Description


  • Fresh graduate/candidate without working experience are welcome as training will be provided
  • Experienced candidate & hardworking is preferable
  • Language required: English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skill: Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Responsibilities
  • Follow up document with customer, order windscreen, arrange tinted & customer appointment schedule
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Monitor & arrange daily routine work of department
  • Ongoing supervise to ensure task complete & successful
  • Handle customer inquiries & provide assistance
