Responsibilities
Follow up document with customer, order windscreen, arrange tinted & customer appointment schedule
Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
Monitor & arrange daily routine work of department
Ongoing supervise to ensure task complete & successful
Handle customer inquiries & provide assistance
