Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM
  • Basic computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Language required: English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experienced & hardworking is preferable
  • Our company provide training
Responsibilities
  • Follow up document with customer, order windscreen, arrange tinted & customer appointment schedule
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Monitor & arrange daily routine work of department
  • Ongoing supervise to ensure task complete & successful
  • Handle customer inquiries & provide assistance
