This role reports to the Wintel Team Lead.Overall ResponsibilitiesTo manage the Wintel CloudTo oversee (which include upgrade/migration) all existing systems as neededTo ensure secure, reliable and stable operation of the systemsTo oversee backup and recovery strategy for all Window-based systemTo oversee and manage proper storage allocation and management of overall storage unitWork closely with counterpart, project management team for daily maintenance and supportTo notify management about potential problems associated with the system healthTo participate DR exercise within the bank and HL group of companiesDocumentationTo ensure an accurate record reflecting the current and historical system parameter and configuration setting (which will include system patches and fixes) including justifications for these settings and the configuration option decision making process\xe2\x80\x8bManagement ReportingTo provide statistic on the systems performance i.e. system load, response time and available disk spaceTo notify management about potential problems associated with the systemsComplianceTo ensure security procedures and audit requirements at adhered to at all timesTo escort and supervise all 3rd party computer service personnel who are attending to a service call and required to be in the Data Centre facilityTo comply with BAFIA \xe2\x80\x93 Section 97(1) \xe2\x80\x93 Banking Secrecy whereby staff are prohibited from giving, producing, divulging, revealing, publishing or otherwise disclose, to any person, or make a record for any person, of any information or document whatsoever relating to affairs or account of customerTo maintain a clean deskJobholder Requirements:Malaysian citizen.Recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalentAt least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Wintel-based System AdministrationKnowledge in system administration including capacity planning and performance tuningCompetency in Windows technical skillsExposure to server virtualization technologyCertification in Wintel-based system administration preferredWhat\xe2\x80\x99s next:Once you\xe2\x80\x99ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
