About Us

MK Containers Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrical Technician to support our growing operations. The role involves electrical wiring, installation, and related works for cabins and shipping containers. Most tasks will be based in our yard workshop, with occasional task at customer sites. We value individuals who are practical, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering safe, high-quality results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Electrical Works

Install, connect, and maintain wiring, lighting systems, power points, and electrical panels for cabins and containers. Conduct regular checks and servicing of electrical components. Attend to customer sites for installation or servicing when required.

Repairs & Troubleshooting

Diagnose electrical issues, faults, or malfunctions. Carry out testing on breakers, transformers, and related equipment. Replace faulty parts and coordinate with third-party contractors if necessary.

Project Support

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Assist in preparing work plans, tools, and material requirements.

Customer Support

Offer basic technical advice to customers regarding electrical work. Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety & Documentation

Adhere strictly to safety practices and comply with electrical codes and standards. Prepare simple job updates or reports for review by the supervisor.

General Duties

Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Wireman Certificate licensed by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) is a Compulsory- PW4. Diploma or Degree in Electrical (e.g. ILP, SKM). Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on electrical work experience. Age between 25 - 35 years old only. Able to travel daily or relocate to Telok Panglima Garang. Possess a valid driving licence (manual car) and willing to travel for outstation jobs. Experience in wiring for cabins or containers is an advantage. Good troubleshooting ability and a positive work attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
