Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, lighting, and power distribution systems. Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime. Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations to ensure they meet operational and safety standards. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including energy efficiency and safety. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections and repairs. Support the facilities management team during audits and inspections by providing documentation and technical insights. Collaborate with other departments or vendors for electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs. Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with the company's safety policies and procedures while performing electrical works. Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as required.

Job Requirements

Possess a valid

PW4 Electrical Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga

. At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the facilities management industry. Familiarity with electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential buildings. Skilled in using tools, equipment and software for electrical systems. Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainable electrical solutions is an advantage. Strong understanding of local electrical regulations and safety standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
