Job Description

• Possess a Wireman Certificate: PW1/PW2/PW3 issued by the Energy Commission of Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Wireman or similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Familiarity with the regulations and safety practices in the electrical industry.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Possess valid driving license
• Have own vehicle

Responsibilities

The Wireman Technician\'s role will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with the regulations and standards set by the Energy Commission of Malaysia. This role requires regular travel to customer\'s site. The ideal candidate should possess the Wireman Certificate PW4, have own vehicles and willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Install electrical wiring, conduits, and fixtures in buildings and structures.
• Connect electrical equipment and appliances to power sources.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits to identify and resolve issues.
• Follow electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with electrical regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
• Stay updated on the latest electrical codes, regulations, and industry practices.
• Attend training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
