ASAP:
Prepare & execute work orders for corrective and programmed maintenance of electrical services (LV system, luminaires & equipment, earthing, generator set, ELV, UPS, air conditioning system). Perform repairs & maintenance of all electrical breakdowns (LV system). Ensure efficient operations of electrical & mechanical installations (power supply, lighting, fire protection, air-conditioning, water supply, building services). Ensure safety and security of all mechanical & electrical rooms (genset, LV switch room, chiller plant, water pump rooms, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Minimum Wireman PW4 Grade (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) Min. 3 years' experience in facility/maintenance management (commercial building/plant/factory) Good knowledge of building services (residential, commercial, mixed development) Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work well in a team Fair oral & written communication (English & BM) Computer literate

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
