Provide high level quality secretarial and administrative support to the Head Wealth Management & Affluent Segment.
Perform day to day secretarial support.
Provide administrative support to the teams.
Prepare/Coordinate the preparation of business documents.
Organization, filing and distribution of office materials.
Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting and actively managing the calendar of the Head Wealth Management & Affluent Segment.
Arrange /prepare logistic matters of business trips including air ticket, hotel accommodation and transportation.
Follow up outstanding issues with internal department or external customers as directed by Head Wealth Management & Affluent Segment.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
