Remote WhatsApp Sales & Admin Executive (Tamil & English Speaking)

SGD $800 - $1,200 per month (Full-Time, Remote)

Performance bonuses based on sales conversions and customer satisfaction.

Work Hours:

7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Singapore Time (rotational shifts)

Each team member will work 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week.

Four total hires will ensure full 7-day coverage.

Job Overview:

We are hiring four remote executives to handle all WhatsApp inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups for our catering and events operations.

This position is ideal for someone confident in communication, fluent in Tamil and English, and able to manage clients, quotations, and invoices remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all WhatsApp, Facebook, and website inquiries. Advise clients on suitable catering packages and services. Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations using Zoho Books. Convert approved quotations into invoices and ensure payments are tracked. Make outgoing calls to clients for confirmations or clarifications. Follow up with previous clients to generate repeat sales during off-peak periods. Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM or Google Sheets. Submit daily handover reports to the next shift and management.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Prior experience in customer service, admin, or sales roles preferred. Good computer literacy (WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, Zoho Books). Excellent attention to detail and fast response time. Must own a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection. Organized, reliable, and self-disciplined while working remotely.
