In this 100% remote role, you'll be the front line for players of a major mobile gaming client (Tencent), using your skills to solve problems and create awesome customer experiences.
This isn't just a call center job--it's your entry into a global team that loves what we do. We believe in growing our own talent, with most of our team leaders having been promoted from this very role!
What you'll do:
Assist customers via online channels, solving their issues with provided tools. Juggle multiple computer systems with ease. Be the friendly and helpful voice of the game.
What we're looking for:
Rock-solid verbal and written skills in Mandarin A problem-solver who loves interacting with people. Comfort with technology and basic Microsoft Office. Previous customer service experience is a big plus. A high school diploma or equivalent.
