The Role As a Customer Support Associate, you will provide first class customer service to clients via phone and e-mail. Job Responsibilities Maintains customer records by updating account information. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively Excellent knowledge of traveling software Job Requirement English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English) Candidates with personal travel experience will be an advantage. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must. Process Written and Verbal assessments required. Virtual interview.
