  • Possess a strong WIFI connection, and personal working space for the role
  • Able to work well under pressure.

JOB OVERVIEW
  • The main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese- speaking persons.
  • This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business. \xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x80\x8d
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
  • Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.
