This role ensures the company's financial workflow runs smoothly and accurately. The Finance & Invoicing Liaison is responsible for maintaining clean, timely financial records in QuickBooks, coordinating with the main accountant, issuing invoices and receipts, and following up with clients on outstanding payments. You will be the "numbers bridge" between internal teams, clients, and the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoicing & Receipting
Prepare and issue invoices via QuickBooks.
Ensure invoice descriptions, dates, and amounts are accurate.
Issue receipts upon payment and update the system accordingly.
2. Accounts Monitoring & Follow-Up
Track outstanding invoices and send reminders to clients.
Maintain an updated A/R report weekly.
Follow up professionally and consistently until payments are settled.
3. Liaison With Accountant
Communicate with the main accountant on queries, documentation, and reconciliation matters.
Provide supporting documents, statements, and clarifications when required.
Assist with monthly/quarterly closing tasks.
4. Financial Administration
Assist with data entry and maintaining digital records.
Update templates and financial trackers as required.
Support any finance-related projects or process improvements.
5. Internal Coordination
Update management on cashflow-related matters when needed.
Flag unusual transactions or payment delays.
Coordinate with operations and sales for invoice accuracy.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
