Your expertise in Workday configuration and your deep understanding of HR processes will drive improvements and efficiencies across the organization. You will be the go-to expert for all things related to Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules, providing strategic insights and solutions to complex challenges.

  • Provide expert support for existing system features, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support Workday HCM, Recruiting, and other modules configuration, administration, and ongoing support.
  • Analyze business requirements, design, and implement solutions within Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with internal systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Workday updates, and maintain system stability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Train and support Workday users across the organization, enhancing user experience and system adoption.
  • Stay updated on new Workday features and functionalities, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, particularly in HCM and Recruiting modules.
  • Proven track record in supporting and troubleshooting Workday systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
  • Workday certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Workday Finance module is a plus, but not required.
